Secteur L’Écluse
Parc régional des Grandes-Rivières du lac Saint-JeanTravel back in time to the days of the log drive, when this site was a lock used to control the water level in the Aux Rats River. Interpretation panels along the trail and a podcast tour will teach you more about this practice, which played a significant role in the history of Québec’s forests.
The trail offers superb outlooks over the water and the ruins of the lock-keeper’s house.
